Everything you need to know about Age Verification Reports
Each Enhanced Report costs R1 (approximately $0.06 USD). This is deducted from your Vetting Credits balance. The Free Report is always available at no cost.
The Premium Contact Report (R2 / $0.12 USD) includes everything in the Enhanced Report plus direct contact details: the visitor's email address, WhatsApp number, and vehicle registration number. This allows venue operators to welcome guests, send promotions, or contact them about vehicle-related issues on-site. 2 credits are deducted per scan.
The report image is automatically downloaded to your device's Downloads folder as a PNG image. You can also find all entries in your OneFinger audit log.
From your OneFinger dashboard, navigate to your Age Verification entries. Select a date range and click "Download PDF Audit Report". The report includes all entries with timestamps, names, ID numbers, and age status.
The Free Report provides basic on-screen verification but does not save any records. For legal compliance and audit trail requirements, we recommend the Enhanced Report which maintains a complete, timestamped record of every verification.
